These Terms govern your use of Verdiq Book (the “Service”), a SaaS scheduling platform operated by Verdiq LLC (“Verdiq”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Verdiq Book is a software platform that lets independent service providers (residential cleaners, landscapers, dog walkers, mobile detailers, and similar small-business operators) accept and manage appointment bookings via SMS, voice, or web. The Service includes automated booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and conversational replies between providers and their clients.

Transactional and conversational SMS messages sent on behalf of independent service providers to their clients to schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
Approximately 3–6 messages per booking (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 2-hour reminder, plus any reschedule or response messages). Frequency varies based on booking activity. Recurring clients may receive messages on each scheduled service.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Verdiq does not charge clients for SMS, but your mobile carrier may charge you depending on your plan.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message from the Service to receive a help response with the provider’s contact information. You may also email hello@verdiqtech.com for support.
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL) to any message from the Service to immediately unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages from the Service unless you re-subscribe.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you use the Service as a service provider, you agree:
If you use the Service as a client of a provider, you agree to provide accurate information when booking and to not abuse the Service (for example, by sending threatening, harassing, or unlawful messages to providers).
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; (b) use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages; (c) misrepresent your identity or the identity of others; (d) violate any applicable law in connection with use of the Service.
Verdiq may charge service providers subscription or transaction fees for use of the platform. Fees, if any, are disclosed in the provider sign-up flow. The Service is free for clients of those providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR DELIVER ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME. SMS DELIVERY DEPENDS ON CARRIER NETWORKS WE DO NOT CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERDIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) US$100.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or unlawful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Verdiq LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
